Associate – Development and Acquisitions

Who was your favorite teacher or subject in school and why?

Physics was a notoriously tough class in high school. Our teacher, Dave Corsetti, is my favorite to this day because of how he used hands-on demonstration to help us understand abstract concepts and solve physics puzzles. Science was by no means my passion at the time, so I was surprised that I enjoyed it enough to sign up for the advanced level the following year.

What is the best vacation you’ve ever had in your life?

In 2016 I visited Europe while my girlfriend was in a grad program in France and my friend was working in Germany. We hit Munich, Zurich, Bern, Interlaken, Monaco, Cannes, and Nice – plus a couple days snowboarding in the German Alps – in under two weeks. I was absolutely exhausted, but I would do it again tomorrow if I could.

What do you like about the corporate culture of HPI?

The tight knit circle allows for us to be agile and help each other out. I know that I can reach out to anyone with my questions or issues, regardless of their role or seniority. I really appreciate this environment where people are willing to wear multiple hats and do what is needed to get the job done.
