WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE CORPORATE CULTURE OF HPI?
The culture of HPI is energizing and intriguing, since you’re constantly learning about the projects and assignments of your co-workers. The bi-weekly update meetings allow everyone to get on the same page and help out those in need regardless of department or seniority, while also adding a fun catch-up on our lives outside of the office.
WHAT IS THE SMALLEST CHANGE WE HAVE MADE AT HPI THAT HAS HAD THE BIGGEST POSITIVE RESULT?
The change that has made the biggest positive impact since I’ve started at HPI is the move to the new open workspace. After being stuck at home working remotely for over a year, seeing everyone in the office is refreshing and adds a relaxed energy to my workday.
WHICH IS THE BEST VACATION YOU’VE EVER HAD IN YOUR LIFE?
The best vacation I’ve had is my first time snowboarding at Seven Springs Resort. It was my first cold-weather vacation and learning a new hobby at age 26 was humbling and exciting all at once. And to anyone debating starting skiing or snowboarding later in life: Go for it! You won’t regret it.
