Which is the best vacation you’ve ever had in your life?
Living in New Zealand was one of the more memorable experiences in my life. The friendly culture and ability to be surrounded by natural beauty makes New Zealand a special place. It is an adventurer’s dream with everything being within a quick drive or flight.
What do you like about the corporate culture of HPI?
Loyalty and strong relationships are the foundation of Heritage. It is apparent through the longevity and milestones that are reached by its employees. I look forward to being a part of the growing family culture for many years to come.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy traveling and seeing different parts of the world. Having lived in London and New Zealand after college, it has opened my eyes to different cultures and lifestyles. It has also allowed me to create great memories and relationships.
Trae joined Heritage Properties, Inc. in January, 2013 as the Assistant Building Manager. In 2016, Trae was promoted to Buildings Manager and is currently responsible for approximately 2,000,000 square feet.
He is an active member of the Buildings Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Trae grew up in the Towson area where he attended Loyola Blakefield High School. He then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Loyola University Maryland, where he was also a member of the Men’s lacrosse team. Trae continues to coach lacrosse with the local club programs in his spare time.
